SMOKING POLICY

Under no circumstance is smoking permitted on premises. This includes hookahs, e-cigarettes, cigarettes, marijuana, or use of any illegal drug. Any property damaged caused by burns due to an open flame is required to be replaced at equivalent value by the guest. In addition, a fine of $350 USD will be accessed for excessive cleaning required to eliminate smoking odors.

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Guests hereby agree to pay a security deposit equivalent of $200 USD, to be refunded upon vacating the property, return of the key to the property manager, and termination of this contract according to other terms herein agreed. This deposit will be held to compensate for damages done to the property. No interest will be paid this money and in no case will it be applied to neither backdated nor future rent. It will be held intact by property manager until no more than 5-7 business days after guest(s) departure and completion of the inspection.

 

DAMAGE POLICY

Guest shall use all appliances with the exception of washer and dryer in a safe manner and only for the purpose for which they are intended and shall not litter, destroy, deface, damage, or remove any part of the dwelling unit, common areas or grounds. Guest should not attempt to make any repairs to the property. Guests shall pay the amount due for repairs or replacement of property damaged, destroyed or removed caused by the intentional or negligent conduct of the guests, relatives, and invitees upon receipt of a bill from the property manager. The written bill shall include items of damage, corrective action that was taken, and the cost thereof.

 

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

We regret if you change your mind. The non-refundable deposit will be used to hold your reservation may be used to book with us in the future. No refunds, Credit only

 

GUEST ACCESS

Guest access is provided by a secured electronic key code system. Guest should not share pin provided to third parties, as the owner is not responsible for any theft of or damage to guests’ personal property during a stay. Adult supervision is required for all children using the pool are at all times.
